Full mailbox?

Aloha,
I knew my supporting membership was expiring – thought it was in Feb…in any case…
Today I saw my mailbox was full. Figured it could be the supporter issue and looked – yep I’m no longer red, so I did the PayPal thingy.
But on closer inspection my box says I’ve got 500 messages and allowed 1,000. So, how come it’s ‘full’?

I didn’t look up the details of being a supporter (would that be an athletic one?) but guessing that is what the real issue was. Maybe the conflicting info was sort of a status confusion/glitch. So, you guys sure took care of putting me back into red quickly. And I’ve no longer got the mailbox is full sentence so – yep, it looks good. Mahalo for such expediency!

We stopped making you Look Red when you first sign up, but we may change that but probably not as it messes with how we categorize users. Whether you display your status or not, you will enjoy all of the benefits.
