How old is it and when was it last serviced?

I bought this Regulator new in October of 2007 and last had it serviced in December of 2008.
 
Hmmm No takers.... I will try to sweeten the deal... :)
I will throw in a Oceanic Swivel Octo with the purchase of this the Delta
4 .... FOR FREE.....
