I have rings/gears for a Nikon 70-180mm Micro zoom lens. They came on a lens I got on Ebay. Not sure if they work with other enclosures or only Anthis enclosures. Nicely crafted alumium.
Three rings:

The gears show some wear but in general they are in good shape and I'm sure they are fully functional.
I'd like to get $75 (about my cost to put the grips and tripod collar back on the lens), but I'm open to offers. Just make it worth my while to pack 'em and ship 'em. I'd like to think I might use this lens for diving someday, but I figure it would be easier to get a whole enclosure for my D200 and lens at that time than find stuff to work with these rings. So give these a good home and help clear out my accessory box!
