I'm a Fish!
Two from a dive earlier in the week.

This big (about 7') leopard shark was hanging out at the spa, then he'd swim off, then crash into the sand and do some more spa treatments, swim off, crash again...really stirring the sand up and generally being hard to take photos of.

But he did let us pretty close - we visited him several times during the dive and this last time he let us creep very close and hang out for a few minutes with him. Very cool.

Then, for no apparent reason and with no warning, ZOOM! He takes off from the sand right through me!

I grabbed this one shot only but what an experience!

Great pics and interesting/funny story :)

I'm still waiting for my close encounter time with a large shark!

Great shots as well as the experience. That's what makes diving great.

That second one reminds me of a manatee for some reason. :06:

Great experience!

Neat shots - I don't know if I'm ready to get that up close and personal yet :D.

Duck? I'm more like chicken :D.
