Fish attractors are common in the lakes around here. Used to created some structure. Some even have marker buoys on them. But usually not vehicles.

I spend part of the year in Saskatchewan. I wonder why there aren't any fish attractors anywhere. The fish pop. isn't that good!

What do you make of the claim that the fish congregate around the attractors, so do the fisherman, so more fish get caught and population depleted faster?
