Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my Sony A6400 in an Ikelite housing while shooting underwater. When I use continuous AF with real-time tracking, the camera reboots during the tracking process—usually after every 3-5 trackings. This has occurred with both the Sony 90mm macro and Tokina 10-17mm lenses. However, when I shoot without real-time tracking, or when using tracking focus on the surface, the problem doesn’t happen.
For reference, the firmware on the camera is fully up to date.
Has anyone else experienced something similar or have any advice on what might be causing this? Could it be related to the Ikelite housing, the lenses, or perhaps a specific setting I’m missing?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance!
