French Polynesia : has anyone experienced diving in Huahine and Raiatea ?

Hello,

I am preparing my next summer trip. Before going to the Tuamotus (Rangiroa and Fakarava), I will be spending a few days in Huahine and Raiatea.

Has anyone experienced diving there ? Is it worth or should I limit myself to ground and overwater activities until I reach Tuamotus.

Huahine was very very blah. Raiatea was ok and had lots of black tips, but nothing like rangi or fakarava.

don't lose time, go to the tuamotus: Tikehau, ragiroa, Fakarava North and ESPECIALLY South.
