I just got a Freedom plate (yay!) and I have a Halcyon webbing kit from Christmas. As I was setting up the rig, I noticed there is no way to have both sides with the H side out. I contacted Eric and he agreed with that assessment.
I know this is a silly "H tax" issue and I don't have a problem with one side of the harness not showing the "H" but am curious if there is a way to thread the webbing so the H side is out on both sides.

twist it when it goes through the top holes between your shoulders?

Would that stress the webbing more than normal?

maybe a little but considering the strength of webbing, you'll probably never be at risk of dropping your rig.

I think it’s against the law to have the H webbing on a Freedom plate!!

............................

Another customer just texted me tonight with the exact same issue!
We concluded that the webbing should still be used because it’s nice stuff. The “H” will only be on one side though, but it will make people wonder. Eventually it will become the unspoken word that when you see only one side with H’s it means there’s a Freedom Plate behind it.
