free Red Flip Filter & Frame For GoPro Hero 3+ 4

I got a red flip filter for a GoPro Hero 3+/4 (cheap knock-off of Backscatter), when I should have ordered one to fit the Hero 3. It's not worth return shipping back to China. It's available for free--the recipient pays the shipping.

I'd prefer to hand it over in person to the lucky winner in Philadelphia (or I can bring it to CZM when I'm there Dec 25-Jan 5) rather than go through the hassle of shipping.

If anyone's got a similar filter to fit a Hero 3, I'd be glad to trade...
