I just wrote my own. Its not hard to write a simple PHP/MySQL app... Let me know if you want an example...

Aeris provides the software for their computers for download on their website. Even if you do not have one of their computers for downloading, you can enter all the information manually, to include all the normal dive log details, attach pictures and other good stuff. It works without having the computer or download cable. If you like the software, consider one of the computers that work with it for automatically downloading all the dive details.
