Free accommodation?

Hello..
I am pretty new in this site and I am looking to find a way so I could get a master in dive as I got PADI diving in the GREAT BARRIER REEF
I would like to find a school where I cd work for accomodation or something like that on the Carabeans... Virgin Islands maybe...
I am Brazilian and traveling around for some years, do not have much money left... lol
