Hey all, since a lot of folks have Friday off, we are extending our "Weekend Beach Party" mix to all day Friday as well as Saturday & Sunday afternoons.

Friday and Saturday we have added a mix of American bands, songs about America & U.S. cities, some patriotic stuff and such to the already higher energy party mix.

Coz business' consider playing us over your music system!!

Might they run afoul of ASCAP/BMI if they do that? Not that I think beach clubs on Cozumel would be a high value target for them, but several establishments in Austin have been hit with hefty fines because they were playing copyrighted songs from the radio where customers could hear it.
 
A lot of bars and restaurants on the island play Sirus and other stations playing copyrighted songs. why not us?

we pay our royalties so, we're legal :D
