Hi,

I am teaching a load of pool session over the next 6 months and am finally going to get around to buying a suit for such activities.

i was looking at the Thermocline suit by Fouth element and it looks nice, if pricely. Any one any experience with it???

i've used their Xerotherm and its excellent.

Would a shortie be better or what do people reckon?

Cheers

I am also interested in their new, slightly thicker, Xerotherm suits... any reviews on that? I am thinking of wearin git under my regular undersuit for extra protection while trying ice diving.

Hi,

bought the thermocline in the end. i have only used it twice but am VERY impressed so far. No wind chill and neutrally buoyant :)

I already have the old xerotherm by them and it is brilliant. you get a lot of warmth for the size of the suit. I'd highly recommend it. Its really polartec rebadged as 4th element, so you may get it cheaper direct from polartec, but i did not bother.

I use a normal 100 mg wolly bear during the Summer and the xerothern under it in the winter. Keeps you toasty in 4 degree waters :)

I don't now when the new the thicker one was out, but I bought mine a month or so ago, and it's really warm!!
