On my recent trip to the UK over the Christmas period I had ordered a Fourth Element Thermocline Rash Guard to replace my now thinning Sharkskin Rashguard From Mike's Dive Store in London, and it was duly delivered prior to my arrival at my sister's house in Edinburgh.

For once it fitted well and unlike my experience with Manchester Dive, I received the correct product.

I used it for the first time today under my 5mm WaterProof W7 wetsuit in 21C, and was rather impressed that during a 61min dive I actually felt comfortable compared to what I have been in 25C water late last year with the Sharkskin and a 2mm vest under the same wetsuit.

Normally in 21C I would be in a drysuit as I do feel the cold more as I age, and this is a game changer for me, which might see me purchasing more Fourth Element Thermocline gear later this year when I return to Scotland on my next visit.
