Likely Mimic Octopus
Selling the Arctic Expedition top that was purchased for my wife. She never wore it underwater as it didn't quite fit her correctly. It has primarily been in our "outdoor adventure gear" closet for a few years.
Based on what I can find, it looks like it would align with a current M/L in Fourth Element's new "Universal Sizing" being an older US/UK sized product.
