Seems like an attempt by a company to create a promo video hoping that it will go viral.
Definitely would not share this video with friends. I'm just hoping no one tries this in our city.

Wow you have no sense of fun! absolutely no attempt or anything like that, We got asked to video a local dive clubs annual fountain crawl. The end is funny because he tries to blame a local tramping club.
