While diving in the Virgin Island, I dropped off the boat, descended to the bottom, and found an OrcaTorch D520 in the sand. It looked like it had been freshly dropped, so I assumed someone on our boat had dropped it. After the dive, I asked the boat and nobody claimed it. Asked the crew if anyone had reported losing one or if they wanted it (I have no need). Negative to both. Asked in the shop if anyone had reported a missing light, again negative.

I know it is a long shot, but if someone on ScubaBoard lost an OrcaTorch D520 in the past week, let me know the location and if the dive site and details matches, I'll ship it to you.

Not mine.... but probably a good reminder to get a permanent paint marker and write your cell number on any gear that might be easy to lose and expensive to replace,,,, Divers in general are usually good folks that want to get your lost item back to you.....

Can also write contact info on a sticky note and wrap it around a battery before inserting.
