Redondo Beach, California
Known locally as just "Vets".
Beach entry through surf, used for a lot of OW classes.
Lots of gear is lost there.
I found three masks on one dive once.

It's even more confusing because Redondo Beach is in Des Moines...Washington, not Iowa.
