Hi!
I'm a fossil diver who's had alot of success in Florida rivers and the Gulf... (and a few pits around the Daytona area). The full set of mammoth teeth (about 25 lbs. per tooth) seen on my profile, come from about 500yds. off the south end of the public beach of Venice, FL. The rest of it is still down there somewhere... The bulk of my collection (about 95%) has been donated to the Gainesville museum after they assisted with an excavation we had on the Wekiva river in Seminole county, FL. In fact, if you've ever seen their traveling exhibit "Tusks", I'm responsible for donating the tusk they use as their showpiece (the one that's on all their advertising posters and T-shirts). Anyway, I teach full-time and hope to get in a few dives each year.
Hollaback if interested.
