I admit. I just can't make these go. There's a weird hole drilled in one of the arches but that doesn't seem to effect the way they fit or flutter. Maybe @Bob Evans can shed a little light on that. Included are the foot pocket pads and nylon heel straps. I wear a size 13 shoe and dive with chuck taylor's so that should give you some idea of what they will fit.

I'm sure these are great fins. Just not for me.

I think the arch hole might be to accommodate a bone spur on the instep. I had something similar in my ski boot liner back when I skied.

I suspected as such. Maybe the first prosthetic force fin. Intrinsical value?
