I don't wear them at all. Tried them for a bit and hated them. The few dives I did with them I used wetsuit booties. I have a US 10.5 size shoe. With something like turbo soles they'd probably work. With rock boots they'd probably be a no-go. Same thing with thick soled wetsuit booties.
