CUBA- "GARDENS OF THE QUEEN"
This is a trip of a lifetime with only 3000 divers allowed each year to this site (per the government). Approximately 50 miles south of Cuba is Gardens of the Queen also known as the RAINFOREST of the Caribbean. Hardly touched by man you will see corals that don't exist anymore. All meals, drinks are included on a liveaboard yacht. 3 dives per day. Private cabins and each cabin has a bathroom. Hot tub on the top deck with two bars. The trip is with Avalon Outdoors www.cubandivingcenters.com and North Florida Divers. Note* October is Whale Shark Migration!
Our trip was rescheduled from June 2021 to October 16-23, 2021 and I am unable to go for these dates. Of course due to COVID and the Cuban govt restrictions. There are 2 spots available $3,200 each.
You’ll need to book a flight to Havana roughly $300-400 from Miami. There’s a bus transfer fee & COVID test $400. Cuban Visa $125. Little to no phone service. No Credit cards accepted, US currency preferred for all gratuities/expenses.
