I'm down here with an assortment of ikelite ports and two bodies. I only use one at a time.

After my catastrophic flood last year some parts a result of the generosity of the online community so I'd be happy to see divers borrow a rig during their stay. I have photographing family members visiting occasionally this winter but barring that I have a spare. If you're comfortable with a DSLR you're welcome to either. Or borrow a port or spares, I have a range. No strobes yet.

I hope some of you take me up on the idea, I'd love to see other people enjoy photography.

Cheers,
Cameron

...of course no paperwork, no fee, no warrantee but do try to bring it back. Bring your own SD card for ease of storage. (Otherwise, I do have a dozen but no laptop with me to transfer pics)

I would love to take you up on your offer but only have two divining days left (knock on wood) and I don't think I could learn how to use them properly in a short time span.

No worries,

If your comfortable with the task loading of a camera already we could stick a wide angle lens on and auto exposure if you'd like. Get a couple feet away from your subject (avoiding grinding the lens port against coral... objects are closer than they appear) and enjoy the results.

If not, come back soon and give it a shot when you have more time. I'd be happy to show you a little of what makes it tick if you'd like.

Enjoy the diving! You must be glad the weather calmed down today!

Thanks. and yes it was great today. Waiting around at the dive shop to get the all go at 8 this morning was awsome. The next two days should be a given.
