Six games ended with a field goal difference. Are they really playing that well/bad to have these scores? Or is the competitiveness that evenly matched that its totally a craps shoot regardless of who is playing?

OK, the College Bowl Pick'Em Game is set. It's the same site that we're using for the NFL Pick'Em. Here are the particulars:

Uses Championship game tie-break: Yes
Maximum number of players allowed to join: 20

Deadline for joining and making your picks is prior to the kickoff of the first bowl game (Poinsettia Bowl) on Dec. 19.
