I use these extra large Pelican 1500d Silica Gel Desiccants. Also, get a bucket and fill it with the same water you'll be diving in. Keep your setup in there 100% of the time you're topside especially in between dives. This will maintain a consistent temp. If you pull it out for topside use(keep camera in housing) then when finished drop it back in the water.

Sealing the housing in your hotel room with AC is a must, but if you need to open it on the boat for X reason...then:

Use the dry air from an used or new tank, get your housing close to the valve or regulator and carefuly and slowly let the air to flow inside the housing, have another person helping in the control of the air flow (managing the valve), then, slowly increase the flow, once you think the air from the housing has been replaced, close your housing. Now you can close the tank's valve.
