Flying after diving

Hi all,

I know that the question has been asked a lot but I am flying short haul 45mins. Is it possible to dive afterwards? Everyone is talking long haul flights but i am only flying 45 minutes does it matter

Afterwards no problem, before not so good.

Before, at least 12 hours and preferably 24 hours needed. 24 hours if doing dives over multiple days or deep.
