Flower Gardens Openings

I'm posting this for my LDS in case a Swampster or two is available to go. 5 seats on a 3 day Flower Gardens trip scheduled for this week (Wed-Fri) cancelled on him & he's gone through the list of alternates with no joy. I have no details other than the price - $295. If any Swampsters are interested and can go on short notice, please PM me and I'll get his name and number to you.

I'm not trying to be a salesman, just trying to help my LDS out as he was put in a bad position by the multiple cancellations and make the opportunity for the trip available to you guys.

I couldn't go but considering the Flower Gardens just had a nice sized tropical storm move over it and the gulf is still pretty messed up..... Weather forcast doesn't look real promising for the end of the week either.

I'm amused as I'm 0 for 3 this year [July 4th, Aug 15th, Sept 5th] - Recognise those days! - Every tropical storm we've had this year!

BUT - I'm on a road trip at the moment - good luck filling the slots!

How's your trip going? You know we're gonna want pictures even if you don't get to dive.

I'm not actually signed on for the trip either, I was on the alternate list that he called and I told him that I'd try to help him out. There'd be no way I could leave town for a day, much less 3, right now. It does look like I'll be able to make TL this Saturday though - I've told everyone to consider me non-existant on that day so I can make it out there.
