Great pics! If I may, a few ID corrections that I remember....

Your Black Beauty is a Rock Beauty.

Your Charlotte, Nepoleon, and ??? wrasse was Spanish Hogfish, Yellowtail Damsel and Blue Lined Grunt.

Fish ID is confusing isn't it?

Very nice!:)

Dee, you are correct about the Rock Beauty. The other names are from the Bonaire Web Cams, all Yellow Tailed Damsel Fish are called Charlotte, likewise the other names. Inside joke.

Great pictures...I just got the Sony PS-5 with the Marine Pack too and I'm glad the pictures came out well. I was just wondering if you used the filter or video light when you took the pictures underwater. I'm debating on getting those one or both of those accessories. I heard the filter helps put back some of the colors in the spectrum you lose when you go deeper in the water.

I've debated this several times and for me, I don't see the need. The filter to some extend can be adjusted in a photo editor. It would only be usefull on wide angle shots that are deep, pretty limited. Extra light, either from a stobe or a video light would add to the size, which is the main reason I choose this camera. Being able to slip the camera under my BC strap when not in use is not something I want to give up. The little guy does pretty well with that puny little flash, the shark picture was in a dark cave, and he was lite from 4'.
