A couple of weeks ago, I was making a boat dive in Lake Travis, TX. My wrist mount VEO 250 activated as usual as soon as I hit the water. About 15' down the bouy line, the screen went blank. I immediately surfaced and handed the computer to the boat captian who immediately removed the battery and drained what water he could. The next day, the computer was taken to my LDS (Scubaland Adventures in Austin) who quickly sent it off to Oceanic. My question is this. What are the chances that my computer can be repaired? I bought it in Nov 06 and hate the thought of having to purchase a new one. It is such a great computer. I appreciate any input.
