FL Keys Kids Recommendations

Hi everyone - I am really enjoying reading the boards and I am looking for some advice. My husband and I are certified and we have 10 year old boy/girl twins who have been doing bubblemakers the past few years. We are thinking about an April 1st dive trip to the keys this year and I am looking for the *very* best instructor to work with OW cert. for our kids. We are open to any area of the Keys as we will rent a car. I would love to be able to shore dive for this - but I am reading that there is not much in the way of shore diving in the Keys. I am also interested in a very calm/shallow area to dive.
Any recommendations / advice would be greatly appreciated!

Key Dives, Islamorada (just below Key Largo). I've got over a hundred dives with this shop and in that time I've seen a lot of kids pass through.
