May be interested but likely not in the fisheye. Would you sell the rest without that?

Does the macro adapter have any provision for accepting filters?

$750 for everything except the Fisheye port.

The 2 element flip macro adapter does not support add-on filters that I am aware of. The 67mm threaded adapter can be used with any 67mm threaded add-on lens/filter.
