Well, to me it looks like a Nurse Shark on the fisherman's line, being bitten just behind the head by a Tiger Shark or a Bull Shark. Hard to tell from that angle, would need to see the body of the larger shark. Doesn't look like a gator to me, we have gators here in NC, and that is no gator.
 
It's a muskie eating another muskie or northern pike. Sharks don't have bony jaws and fins and muskellunge type coloring.
 
I agree, these aren't sharks.
