Might help to state which housing you're using.
I have Patima S95 with a 67mm thread. I do not however have an external lense, but when I buy one.... I will get one that fits a 67mm. There are Patima manuals for download which give details on the housing type. If you have the S95 I can email the pdf if you PM me your adress.
