Fish watching in shallow water (in non-tropical RI  ) swim around or stay relatively still and skull-kick every now and again?

Fish watching in deep water :06: ?

Nevermind  I'll answer my own question: shallow water fish-watching is best done with minimal movement, if you look like non-threatening flotsom the fish will congregate around you as opposed to swimming away. Sorry I am a very boring snorkeller.
