What is this? About 18-20 inches long in Dutch Springs, near the surface.

I can't tell from the picture if the fish has barbels (like small catfish whiskers) around the mouth. If it did, then it's a Fantail Carp. If it did not, then it's a feral (wild) Fantail Goldfish.
The Dutch Springs website says they have both carp and goldfish in the quarry.

There has been a variety of carp and goldfish varieties in Dutch Springs for years. All fancy Goldfish are selectively bred versions of the original wild carp, and can interbreed. That fish appears to be the result of a Comet or Fantail X Wild Carp. Interesting pic though.
