Does anybody knows what it is?
It looks like a flat fish, hairy on the top, 4 legged like fins...
Know what kind it is? Or a result of polution? Or is it a certain kind of frog instead?

Could it be a Roughback Batfish _Ogcocephalus parvus_ ?
In order to narrow it down, it would help to know where the animal was seen. The Roughback Batfish is known from the western Atlantic.
