Made a double recipe of fishcake, the snack was dropped off a spoon for 'fishballs', great party finger food. Made and froze the rolls too, for this:


I think of Maangchi as Korea's Rachael Ray. :)

She makes reference to two common ingredients, pic below in case you aren't familiar, easily bought online and will last for eternity in the fridge...
