Can't tell much due to the compression artifacts induced by reducing to web sizing.
Care to share an original?
Personally, I just fix noise when it appears. I would rather have noise than blur.
Additionally, some P&S's are better than others when it comes to noise. I am anxiously awaiting the G11 with its much lower noise ratio. That's my next P&S.
