Very nice pics, I have been toying with getting the DC1200.

Nice! Are you using a strobe? Diffuser? Asking because I'm trying to figure out what to order.

Buck

P.S. I love the shark pic

KyBuck, definitely get a strobe and diffuser, it makes a HUGE difference with your photos. It really brings out the colors. I recently added a diffuser and man, all the overexposed , hot spot pictures are no more.

I have the sealife 4000? strobe, the one that comes with the package they sell, I did put on a diffuser as well, it's only $25 so a cheep fix. I plan on replacing the arms though. The ball sockets tend to pull apart if you are not careful and its tricky to get things back together underwater.

Yes, I've had the same problem with the SL961 flash.

I'm getting tired of having the flash head pop out of the socket at depth, and then having to fiddle with it to get in back in place - losing the photo, often as not.

Did you photoshop the pics? or they right from the camera? I have the Same camera got the elite set my ppics have not come out that good ofcourse my best Viz I have been in with it was about 20-25' lol so not ideal.

Very nice photo's

minor touch up on some through Picasa- cropping, adding a little light sometimes but I really don't know how to photoshop yet.
