I've just gone thru all 45 pages looking for some info on this subject.
I'm trying to find recommendations for dive shops for our group of 3 families. There will be 6 adults and 6 kids ages 12-17 all diving for the first time.We will certify at home first, or at least do the class work. I know it will take extra patience to be with us.
Suggestions on which dive shops would be the best fit for us??
thanks for any advise.

Where are you traveling to? If you're still up in the air, Laguna Beach in Utila has a promotion where kids are free when traveling with adults (room free, pay for diving.. I can't remember exactly) Plus 12 of you would have boat to yourselves with probably 2 DMs to watch the kiddos.

Sorry,
guess it's pretty clear I'm a newbie! We are going to Utila. We won't be staying at a resort because there are 20 of us total, and only 12 of us will be diving, the other kids are too young. Having a boat to ourselves sounds great, but are there some dive shops that would be better suited to beginners and children?

thanks again for any advise!
