First Ocean diveing Playa del Carmen

[RTC'83]

Going on vacation (early Aug), to playa del carmen. Me and my kids (young adults) want to dive for 3-4 days.
Need new diver friendly dive operator in the area. Please recommend.

I highly recommend you contact Nicolas from CenoteXperience I have been diving with Nico & his brother Martin for over 7 years and they are great guys and excellent dive guides. They have a small shop in Playa and will look after all your diving needs. Tell Nico that Steve from Canada sent you.

I am new to diving. I dived with Riko @ risas diving last November and this may. Highly recommended as he does not take any one else with you so it's like having private guide. Very knowledgeable and very patient. I really think he helped me become a better diver as he kept working on my trimming and buoyancy. Look it up you will be glad.

A vote against Pro Dive. Although the staff are OK the organisation leaves much to be imagination. I wont use them again.

I'd recommend the Scuba Tribe for a new diver friendly and small operation. Hector the owner is a great guy and prices are very reasonable. been using them for past 4 years, always a good experience.
