This january I had my first dive trip with the epl7+UWLH100+dome. The lens I used is the 14-42 EZ. Its realy a great combination! A big step up from the xz1 I had previously. I was especialy suprised by the sharpnes and dynamic range. Also its a verry flexible combinattion because its possible to zoom at least half way without an noticable decrease of image quality. Unfortunately when you zoom all the way the image will be a bit more soft (maybe the full zoom results will be better with the Nauticam wwl1). My best shots are at: https://www.flickr.com/photos/128058790@N06/albums/72157690333378260
The one with the octopus is zoomed at 28mm. As you can see its still sharp and crisp.

Very good work. I was a bit surprised at the lens. I got an E-PL7 camera, with this lens, but didn't like it as much as the 14-42 mm II lens on my E-PL5 camera. The test images on imaging-resource.com also seem to show lower performance, yet in their write up they say the EZ is sharper. I have a Zen dome so will likely put that on the housing for the E-PL7 camera, which pretty much dictates the older Mk. II lens.

Great photos! Thanks for sharing. I also have a UWLH100 w/ dome but on a Sony and I love seeing what others are doing with theirs, even on different cameras.

Thanks! I don't know about the sharpnes of the 14-42 mm II lens. I just used the EZ lens because I had the UWLH100 and dome already and wanted to use it again (perfect combination!). Probably the EZ lens and 14-42 II lens are both realy good lenses. From the EZ lens I know for sure its verry sharp.
