Pretty sure the T3i doesn't support auto-focus during video. Does your housing allow you to manual focus?

JamesR - Correct it does not have autofocus, so you have to manually focus while filming and in liveview the camera has to hunt around for the focus which disrupts the video considerably. I bought the camera for the photo capability but I would not recommend it if anyone is serious about the video capability.

Interceptor121 - The video clips are mixed with wide 20mm and macro 50mm. The out of focus parts were with the wide angle. When in focus it is not bad quality, though. I just have to learn to focus often and just cut the bits of footage out where the lens is adjusting for focus.

Thanks for the tip. Will the camera compensate for low light and increase the ISO ? If so, will this not compromise image quality ?
