First Annual US/Polish ScubaBoard Meeting

Last month I traveled to Poland and met up with some other ScubaBoarders. We posted some pictures in the "European" forum which probably doesn't get a lot of traffic. I thought I'd post a link so the general membership could see how Scubaboard has been bringing people together from around the globe.

We spent about 3 hours talking about diving and, of course, some of the discussion ended up on DIR vs Non-DIR. A great time was had by all.

You know, the world-famous brands... Żywiec, Tyskie, Królewskie...



OK, OK, you can get Heineken too, and anything else... I've actually seen ads for American Miller and Bud...

Um, yeah... those are the reflective strips on each shoulder of the Triple-L BC, reflecting from the cheapie camera's flash. Suppose they'd be handy in case someone was searching for me on the surface at night.

My son's got one of these BC's too... We did one night dive in Egypt a couple weeks ago, with him as my buddy; and I didn't notice any glare problems... but the I was careful not to shine the light straight at him.

OK, OK, because of your sensitive eyes, I'll see what I can do with the image...
