Digitally? Like, are these scanned or do you mean an actually paper photo or were these takin with a digital camera and imported right into a computer?

No, these are actual fingerprints from people looking looking at my enlargements. I want a way that dosen't scratch or wet the paper.
Also, how can I attach a .JPG image to this thread?

Go to a photo shop and buy PEC-12 emulsion cleaner. This stuff is used by pros to clean non-water stains from prints and negatives. It will even remove ink w/o damage.
