So wouldn't it be cool to be able to search for instructor's by state...so we could find instructors located in our area?

This can be easily accomplished by posting an inquiry to the appropriate dive club. For example, if I was looking for an Instructor in GA, I'd post in the Deep Dixie Divers. One in Ontario Canada? Then Ontario Fresh Water Freaks would get my post. Etc., etc., etc.
Seems pretty easy to me.
