Finally got certs out of the way!!!!!!

So i went and di my open water classes and passed with flying colors. A day after i did my open water i took a nice drive to a different lake and did my Dry Suit certification also. Went home and relaxed for a day and got my equipment specialist class also! SO SO SO looking forward to the Pacific Northwest diving. So happy

I join others in congratulating you. But your post title was wrong- you didn't get your cert's "out of the way." You accomplished them to become a trained and certified and competent diver. Stay active. Never stop growing. Enjoy those wolf eels!

I know you will have a great time diving, just remember you are the one who decides what your comfort level is not anyone else. After my first dive after certification my instructor talked me into Advanced training and I ended up at 138' the day after certification and finished AOW the second day in Bonaire. Don't get me wrong, my instructor was very aware of my safety and did a great job but I would not have gone so fast I not for my ego. From that trip forward I took more time to be comfortable and proficient. Congratulations.
