Scuba Pro Jet Fins - XL with XS Scuba Springs 3.75lbs each
Scuba Pro Jet Fins - 2XL with Halcyon Springs 4lbs each
 
Per @sumpguppy, he adds these:

Highland spring strap 0.4 dry -0.3neg

Mares Power Plana "Regular" size with Highland spring 3.5dry -1.0neg

OMS Slipstream with factory spring Large 2.3dry -0.2neg

Dive Rite size Medium with factory spring strap 2.6 dry. -0.35neg, tip is positive but spring makes neg.
 
Feel free to add the weight of your fins.

The following fins fit my Nike/New Balance size 11 foot with 3mm or 5mm boots with a sole (Mares Classic). I get these weights on the following fins:

Scubapro Jet Fin size XL - 6.5 pounds (spring straps added*)
OMS Slipstream size XL - 5 pounds
Deep Six Eddy Fin size L - 5 pounds
Mares Avanti Quattro size Regular - 4.5 pounds (spring straps added*)
Aeris (Oceanic) Accel size Large - 3.5 pounds
Scubapro Go Sport size Large - 3.5 pounds

*All weights as purchased except the Jet Fin and Quattro that have aftermarket spring straps.

Weights to the nearest 1/4 pound.
