From The McDonalds web site:
Fish

McDonald's uses prime white fish from the cold, deep waters of the Pacific Ocean and the Bering, Baltic and North Seas.
Our strenuous quality control program uses 50 quality checks, which surpass federal standards.
Fish fillets are inspected throughout production.
Fish is quickly processed and frozen at sea to maintain ocean-fresh quality.

Anyone know what kind of fish(es) are in those things? Tasty, though.

Mrs. Pauls Fish Filets :eyebrow:

I guess it's been so long since I've been to a Micky D's that I didn't know they changed the packaging.

I figured it was either skate or sea robin.
Honestly,, if I am that despirate to eat it.. I try not to think about what's in it.
