Beqa Lagoon Resort, one of the leading dive resorts in Fiji, 25 villas, is looking for a management couple or experienced resort manager with an island, smaller property experience - this is a hands-on job and you will need to lead all aspects of the operation. We are looking for someone who is energetic, has drive to change and improve things, systematic and detail-oriented. You must have experience leading a complex operation, preferably a resort. We are looking for leaders, rockstars, not just someone who has a good looking resume with a long list of resorts and dive shops. Sales and marketing are mostly done by our US office, so you'll be able to concentrate on the operational side.
